# Refund & Shipping Policy

Returns
**Return window:** We accept returns of unused, uninstalled products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
**Non-returnable items:** For safety and quality-control reasons, the following are not eligible for return: products that have been installed, used, or show signs of installation attempt; special-order or custom kits; and items marked as final sale.
**How to start a return:** Email info@ohioperformancesolutions.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if approved, a return authorization.
**Return shipping:** Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product) or damage in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, kit configuration, or part number, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we will assist directly.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@ohioperformancesolutions.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
