Before you order

These charts cover fixed Brembo and StopTech calipers. Diameter is the starting point, not the whole answer.

  • Caliper design matters. Sliding calipers and long-throw pistons use different dust boot designs. A boot listed for 40mm won't necessarily suit a 40mm piston in a different caliper type.

  • Pistons need height too. We stock three different 40mm pistons - 40 x 29mm, 40 x 29.5mm and 40 x 30mm. Measure the height as well as the diameter.

  • One caliper can need several sizes. Staggered Brembos (28/32, 30/34/38, 34/36/38) use different boots within the same caliper. Our kits are built per caliper and include all of them.

Why Frenkit Performance

Standard kits use EPDM rubber, which hardens and cracks after repeated heat cycling - usually why you're rebuilding in the first place. Frenkit Performance uses high-temperature silicone dust boots and pressure seals built for track heat. Install note: silicone dust boots go in dry. Grease damages them. Soak the pressure seals in brake fluid for 30 minutes first.
